At the prosecutor's decision, the suspect L.S. has been detained in the 48-hour term, due to the alleged suspicion of having carried out the criminal work, the smuggling of goods, the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, and the same, within the legal deadline will be applied for the detention measure's appointment of 30 days, at the competent Court in Gjilan.
So far it has reached 31 number of people detained as a result of this operation.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, Kosovo Police Inspectorate, Kosovo Police and other law enforcement agencies will continue to take investigative action regarding the case.
