KLA OVL publications: Special Sperming Action in Pristina

Article 392 reads: “The violation of the secret of procedure 1. Anyone without authorisation discloses information reported in the official procedure, which by law cannot be discovered or those information is declared as secret by court or competent law, is fined or sentenced to jail until (1) year. 2. Anyone without authorization reveals identity information or personal records of the person protected in criminal procedure or in the particular protection program is sentenced to imprisonment for up to three (3) years. 3. If criminal offense from paragraph 2 of this article results in serious consequences for the protected person or criminal procedure becoming impossible or severely difficult, the perpetrators are sentenced to imprisonment of six centuries to five (5) years. 4. If criminal offense from paragraph 3. This article results in the death of the protected person, the owner is sentenced to at least ten (10) years in prison or to life imprisonment”.
