EU spokesman: Kosovo has international obligation to implement Serbian Communist Association

EU spokesman Peter Stano has said Pristina is obliged to implement the Serbian Communist Association Agreement.

The Brussels Agreement has been postponed by all participants in the process and is valid”.

Moreover, it has been ratified by the Kosovo parliament. Kosovo has thus made an international obligation to implement this agreement. It's up to them to say how they're going to apply it”, Stano told Tanjug.

Stano has said the Association of Serbian municipalities is also involved in the final agreement.
