Through a communiqué to the media, Hoti announced that the continental European Regional Group, part of the European Network of Energy Transmission System Operators, has decided that the new closure agreement between COSTT and ENTSO-E, will come into effect.
Hoti has added that NTSO-E praised that COSTT has met the first conditions for agreement and is independent to operate independently from Serbia, as the Kosovo-Albanian Regulatory bloc's regulatory zone
“From our right and support of friends became possible energy independence”, Prime Minister Hot said.
