The rainy days look perfect to stay home, but unfortunately, this is not an option for everyone. For reasons such as work or other goals that you may have set for yourself, some of you may have to wake up early in the morning. In dark times, this is not easy.
Here are some simple advice to ease the morning of rainy days:
One drink!
Drinking water once you wake up will help stimulate your body and help you stay awake. Keep it in your nightstand and drink as soon as you wake up.
#2 Have a drink before you sleep
So when the alarm rings tomorrow, you'll probably have to go to the bathroom and you won't be able to go back to sleep.
#3 Try to remove the expression “and 5 mins”
Train yourself to respond immediately to the alarm. Pushing her for a few more minutes doesn't do you any good.
#4 Focus on what you do during the day
It's much easier to get out of bed when you focus on something you really want to do instead of what you have to do. Try isolating yourself for a few minutes in the morning for a ritual that will help you wake up. It may be coffee in bed (after drinking water), time to look through design magazine, or a shower with special soap. Whatever it is, try to give yourself something that will help you start the day properly.
5 If you wake up before the alarm goes off, get out of bed.
If you go back to sleep or expect an alarm, you will likely feel more sleepy. Follow your natural sleeping cycles, use the day, and embrace those extra minutes if your body tells you it's time to get up.
Six, do something active.
You may not have time or energy for a full routine of exercise every morning, but make your body move somewhat. Just play music and dance.
#7 remember what you should do
Every evening make a list of the tasks that await you the next day. This will help you feel at night like you have those things treated, or at least marked, for the next day, and give you more reason to get up in the morning.
#8 ) Keep the alarm away
If none of this works, there is always the possibility of setting alarms on the other end of the room, away from your computer.
