Three anti-coronvirus drugs licensed to be imported to Kosovo under specific conditions

Republika Kosovo Health Minister Andmend Zemaj has approved today's professional group proposal of the Kosovo Agency for Products and Medicine (AKPPM) that for implementation of specific measures, AKPPM is to issue import licenses without marketing of products for use in patients with Individual-19 as: Remdesivivivitri, Favipiraver, and Hidroxiclorokina. As the Health Ministry's statement reports, this approval applies to the period during the word "Convid-19 to abolishing government decisions for special measures.
In view of the emergency situation created as a result of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, the AKPPM professional group, based on Article 39 paragraph 1 of Law No. 04/L-190 for products and medical equipment has found it reasonable to create access to drug import Remdesivivivivivivitri, Favipiravi and Hidrocrorokina, with specific conditions without authorization for marketing, so that access to these preambled drugs can be accelerated in clinical guide No. 9 on management and treatment of Avid-19”, reportedly.
It also points out that Zemaj will authorise the involvement of these three drugs even on the Essencial List of Bars through its completion and change.
