Hashim Thaci is still president, but coalition partners have started making plans on how to assume the highest state position if the chief of state goes to The Hague because there is an indictment proposal, which is determined by the end of October.
The Democratic League of Kosovo is seeking the highest state position a few days after Ramush Haradinaj said the country goes to the polls unless it is taken to where Hashim Thaci is currently.
The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo can block the president's election even on condition when the LDK and PDK join the minorities.
However, Isa Mustafa has warned that at Monday's meeting, it will also be discussed co-ordinating dialogue expected to continue in Washington on 4 September.
The meeting is expected to take place after Ramush Haradinaj and Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti have had confrontations across the distance. Initially, the AAKA leader said he believes Hoti in dialogue. He said that Kosovo has two-three but one prime minister.
Later there was also a reaction by Avdullah Hoti, who said that in Brussels he has spoken about the bus until Ramush Haradinaj said good that the prime minister spoke about buses in Brussels after he is head of station for head of Government.
Ramush Haradinaj had launched charges against Hoti after he did not take Selim Selimi into the room where the meeting in Brussels was held with Aleksandar Vucici. The former prime minister rivaled the chief of the current executive when he went to Karacheva, a day after Serbian forces invaded Kosovo's land, and called for a response of institutions.
