Steps recommended each day

Fehrmann links the figure of 10,000 paces more to the people involved in the gym. He says that it is likely that those who achieve this number of steps or more will be those who exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

He says:

With no additional activity, average steps of people per day are equal to 4,000 to 7,000 steps. 3000 to 6,000 additional steps per day, must come from another source of activity. ”

Recent studies also say 10,000 steps per day help lose weight for a long-term and more stable time, reduce body mass index (BMI) and lower blood pressure.

However, the doctor says that when he encourages his patients to increase training in their routine, he focuses more on physical activity than on the steps taken.

For adults 18-64 and older, I suggest at least 10 minutes of activity, 3-4 times a day, outside normal daily activities.
