Allowing a male to watch porn or go to a nightclub will reduce his desire to betray his partner, says Nadia Bokody, an Australian sex expert.
She advises other women not to act as police officers in their relationships, writes kp, broadcasts news.net.
When I married for over a decade, I was very clear about the rules of how my husband should behave. I checked everything he did. But that wasn't good. We often argued and after the quarrel there was a tense silence, which I tried without success to ease”, she says.
Nadia recommends ordering a partner to do what to do and what not to do can lead to a breakdown in the relationship.
“We are taught that true love means having only one person, but watching pornography does not mean that love is less strong. Falling in love does not mean that you're assexual, and although it's natural to be jealous when your partner sees an attractive person, it doesn't mean you have to do something because of that feeling”, she said.
My boyfriend is not asking my permission to go to a nightclub or hide by looking at Red Tube on the phone. And maybe that's why he doesn't spend much time there. Your partner is less likely to ask for something or to rebel if you don't limit it,” concludes Nadia.
