These Pristina neighbourhoods tomorrow will have no water all day

From the KRU regional water supply “Pristina” through an announcement has indicated that some neighbourhoods in Pristina and in the municipality of Gracanica will have no water all day.

Tomorrow, starting at 8:00 p.m., there will be no drinking water in these areas: Gracanica municipality, Hajvalya, Veternik, Matiqani (the customers who are locked in the steel pipe), the centre of the Sun Coast district, a part of Aktash and a part of the Muha Emigrants Quarter in Pristina.

This water outage, according to the announcement, is being made due to technical productions in the water pipe from the 600mm steel coming from Badoci to the Mirday reservoir.

Under the continued improvement of the water network infrastructure across the service zone, we announce that tomorrow, August 29, 2020, CRU” Pristina” sh.a. has planned technical works on the water pipe from the 1600m steel coming from Badoci to the Mirday reservoir.

All preparations have been made by the economic operator in co-ordination with technical management and operating maintenance teams, so they are ready for continued intervention in co-operation with the economic operator.

Because, cutting off the supply of drinking water will be over six hours, autocycles will be on the ground for water supply for consumers infected by these technical works.
