PDK MP Ganimete Musliu said joint patrols of the two armies take place when two states recognise themselves.
She says Interior Minister Agim Veliu's statement that they have been patrolled by KFOR is like telling citizens to close their eyes before this event.
This event should not be silent, but we must respond as a state, and I am saying that without wanting to make party and day politics. On such topics we must be together and unanimously seek the territorial protection of Kosovo”.
“Let KFOR and Minister Veliu show us when he has made a joint patrol of both Kosovo Police and the Kosovo Army on Serbia's territory. These patrols should be made between two countries or should be mutual. If we don't have reciprocity and if we want good neighborhoods, then everyone should stay inside their own territory. We know exactly whether it was the army of Serbia or the gendarmerie, because there are two different forces”.
No patrol will be made without warning. There's no violation of a country that doesn't know you. There's no need to move or sync. The movement of Serbian armed forces within Kosoa's territory is unacceptable and must immediately get the answer”.
Musliu in a Kosovo show also said that ministers whenever they are invited to report to parliamentary commissions always find something else to prioritize or go before MPs for an hour.
But for that, she said MPs have power over them and are not immune.
Veliu's absence to the Commission is disturbing. I don't know what other important agenda could be like. The moment they are invited to report to parliamentary commissions, they always have agendas and other tasks. We saw the minister in this government go to commissions for an hour, which is insufficient to hear a minister whoever he is. Much more in this case, Minister Veliu because of the dictatorship he leads. Ministers need to change this practice, reduce some arrogance, and simply realize that they are obliged to report to MPs. The ministers should know that they are not immune and irreplaceable. Do not forget the ministers that MPs have all the options and opportunities for a minister to control. After all, not to give up patience to MPs because regardless of which party it belongs to should be known that we can sack any minister through vote”.
Musliu said they agreed to sign a call for interference by Minister Veliu and speak before 120 deputies.
