In the case of yesterday's tragedy in Beirut, Lebanon, where dozens of citizens of this country lost their lives as a result of an explosion, Prime Minister Hoti has delivered this message of comfort.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and in my name, I express the most sincere condolences to the Government and the people of Lebanon for the tragic extinction of the lives of dozens of Lebanese citizens who suffered from yesterday's explosion in Beirut.
Even in Kosovo, as elsewhere in the world, shocking news of this tragedy has been met with intense pain.
May this tragedy transform into faith and determination to work even harder for a peaceful world and for friendship between peoples and countries.
Spiritily and prayerfully, we are with the people of Lebanon in these moments of grief!
God bless the victims of this tragedy and their families!
We remember that there are so far 100 dead and over 4,000 injured.
