In the case, Prime Minister Hoti remained silent for about 24 hours, reacting the day after the event, the same was the case with Defence Minister Anton Quinn.

It was later reported that the event occurred in co-ordination and co-operation with KFOR.

Ramiz Kelmendi, in his reaction, blames him at official Pristina, which he considers non-co-operative with KFOR and the international factor in Kosovo.

Kelmendi rightly says that for such cases, Kosovar institutions must in advance have information from international mechanisms, but according to Kelmendi, the same have failed to build co-operation with these mechanisms, with their own blame.

The entry of the military forces of the Republic of Serbia into the territory of the Republic of Kosovo is ongoing, and this is happening due to institutional shortcomings in Pristina.

-At regular meetings held by institutional leaders must be clarified and informed of the agreements that exist between KFOR and the Serbian military forces or other armies of states with which Kosovo borders.

The current leadership must be understood that the security of Kosovo's borders falls exclusively on the mandate of KFOR forces, and responsibility is under NATO command and with Competence by the United Nations. Therefore, until this is done, the respective ministries need to have close co-operation with KFOR and should clear up and build the bridge of communication between institutionals so that we do not have the stranger and non-information from these international institutions, thereby clearing the opinion, citizens, population, with cause of uncertainty and testing for deportation from border trends.

) This intervention is showing that our relevant institutions of Intelligence, the Border Police of Kosovo and the Armed Forces have not released an institutional information and adequate response, inviting the National Security Council and other mechanisms that guarantee citizens and state borders.

Institutions must have quick and accurate information from the ground on what happens, without crossing the border, when there is movement within the border in accordance with KFOR, and not this information should come and surprise the ministers of responsible reactors, teaching the news themselves as if populations from economic camera.

In view of this reality, it finds that the attitudes, actions of Kosovo institutions continue and, contrary to the advice and suggestion of the International Community, reveal these unpredictable interventions. This shows that non-co-operation, non-co-ordination and non-operation with the International Community, in particular with the US, is driving us away from the good and quick future for the Republic of Kosovo and in some form the International Community is just reminding us that Kosovo is not and cannot protect its borders without the support of KFOR and NATO seals. Karatcheva's latest case suggests that reality is well understood.
