Hyseni suggests Palmer has confirmed that the US supports dialogue in Brussels and that America will be with Kosovo throughout this process.
Hyseni via a post on the social network Facebook has said that Palmer had an open and depleting conversation with the aim of co-ordinating with the aim of taking on a new dynamic while slowing down, without delay and procrastination, for discussion and awarding the key comprehensive issue for mutual recognition and normalisation of reports between Kosovo and Serbia.
He has also said that along with the EU, the role of the US in the dialogue process is irreplaceable.
This is his full post:
Today in Washington D.C. I had a long and container meeting with the Assistant-Secretary Vice-Secretary for Europe and Eurasian at the U.S. State Department, Matthew Palmer, who is also an American Special Emissar for the Western Balkans. After I announced the overall flow of dialogue in Brussels, with Mr. Palmer, we had an open and depleting conversation with the aim of co-ordinating with the goal of the dialogue taking on a new dynamic while stretching, without delay or procrastination, for discussion and agreement on the key issue, the comprehensive agreement on mutual recognition and normalisation between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia,
Contending and stressing that along with the EU, role I The United States in this process is irreplaceable, so I asked Mr. Palmer for the permanent active US presence at the negotiating table in Brussels.
After stressing that the US appreciates the constructive commitment of Government and all institutions to the Republic of Kosovo in this process, Mr. Palmer stressed that the United States supports dialogue in Brussels, adding that America will be with you throughout this process, in strong support for a fair, stable and comprehensive agreement.
After meeting Mathew Palmer, I also had a long conversation with Mr. Ryan Tully, Senior Director and Mrs. Amanda R. Ahlers, Director for Europe at the White House National Security Council. The conversation also had on focus the resumed dialogue in Brussels, but also general developments in Kosovo and the region.
Skender Hyseni
