Haxhiu urges MPs to vote on the bill to fight COVID-19

MP The PDK, Bekim Haxhiu, has said the draft law on preventing and fighting Pandemi-19 on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo will help combat this pandemic.

Haxhiu at the Assembly session has stated that a very good job has been done by the Commission for Health in fulfilling this bill.

The time it was initiated as the Bill has become very political with this law, and if it wasn't changed then as proposed it would only regulate the restriction of movement, but other aspects are now adjusted. It is a complete bill that will serve in combating pandemic”, Haxhiu said.

He has added that he has proposed on behalf of the PDK rising wages for health personnel, Kosovo Police and inspectors.

Haxhiu urged MPs to support this bill and vote on the proposed amendments.
