Coutinho's agent, Kia Joorabchian, is working to bring him back to Premier League, where he played for Liverpool, but now there are the rivals of The Reds who love his transfer.
Arsenal

Coutinho would be an ideal move for them, as the player knows very well the Premier League and is able to prove himself.
