The only thing bad about getting out of bed in the morning is you gotta fix it. However, you may want to start your day like this. Or, even if not, it's already part of the routine. According to a recent study by Hunch.com, 59 percent of people do not make their bed in the morning, while 27 percent do. Of the group of people who fix it, 72 percent are happy people, while 62 percent of the group who do not make their bed in the morning are not happy people. Similarly, those who arrange for it are people who enjoy their work, sleep well, practice regularly, and enjoy spending time at home.
It takes only 21 days to make the bed arrangement part of the routine in the morning. Family members will surely feel proud.
There are five other reasons why you have to fix your bed this morning:
1. It's a cure for stress
Cleaning and order lowers stress levels. A study by UCLA has found that stress hormones are especially increased after women see a big mess. So, fix the fucking bed.
2. Helps With Allergies
When the decks, blankets, or sheets are folded and in their place, there is less dust and, as a result, even less allergens that circulate into the air.
3. Preventing even the awkwardness of an unexpected visit
Nobody wants friends to see a real mess at home...
4. Quietest bed at night
Who does not feel calm when you lie down in a clean, cool bed? It's like a hotel room after a long day of traveling... Great.
5. A good habit can motivate you for others
So by fixing your bed, you become even more productive.
