Breakfast

J-Lo drink a glass of lemon water to start the day.

Like very famous, J-Lo avoids caffeine by replacing it with a minimum seven cups of water all day long.
Lunch

When it comes to the rest of the day, J-Lo cares to consume rich food in nutrients.

Dinner
