The European Parliament's rapporteur for Kosovo, Violet von Cromon, visit to The Hague Specialised Chambers has been sharply criticised by the Democratic Party of Kosovo and by the president's advisers, Hashim Thaci.
MP PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, has accused the German Europarliamentary of political interference after it has remained for a visit to The Hague.
Such an attitude by Hoxhaj has been re-united by Twitter and by President Thaci's adviser Artan Behrami, as long as the charge in the direction of Cromon has gone to other PDK officials.
Regarding these accusations by the PDK and the presidency towards German von Cromon, exclusively for Gazette Express have been spoken by the Special Court.
From The Hague, they say Kosovo's Specialised Chambers are implementing their mandate without any political interference and that they are focused on doing things impartially and independently.
Kosovo's Specialised Chambers are focused on developing fair, impartial and independent procedures. As such, they are implementing their mandate without political interference”, told Express by the Special Court's Office for Media.
The charges against late Croamon yesterday for Express have also been reported by the European Parliament.
From Brussels they say rapporteurs are allowed to visit institutions, which are important for countries in which rapporteurs have competencies.
The European Parliament does not comment on reporting activities. They can hold consultations with counterparts from civil institutions and society, and with other associates who are important in the country for which they have competencies. They can travel to countries that monitor even within the framework of a European Parliament delegation official or even individual visits aimed at finding facts”, the EP has said.
Regarding the charges of political interference in Specials' work, it has remained silent, not even von Croamon himself, who has replicated with Enver Hoxhan.
Cremon has expressed surprise how Hoxhaj has thought of a “political intervention”, until he said such a practice may be common in Kosovo but not in countries where there is developed democracy.
Surprised by Hoxhaj's charge towards the German has the former German ambassador who had served in Pristina, Ernest Reichel.
“Please Enver!”, he wrote.
All these clashes have begun after von Croamon has visited the Special Court a few days after Kosovo President Hashim Thaci concluded the 4-day interview.
