Rukiqi for state of emergency: Shutting down businesses leads to economic cataclysm

According to him, these measures should not be taken at the expense of the economy.
Any state of emergency involving business closure will be fatal to the economy. If the state of emergency is declared to enable stricter measures in the struggle with pandemic, then these measures will not be taken at the expense of the economy in its entirety. Measures must be taken against those businesses that do not respect rules and preventive measures”, Rukiqi wrote.
According to him, it has to be put in place the mortorium on any obligation businesses have towards the third parties.
“Any decree/law for the state of emergency should include binding implementation of major force provisions in contractual relations in business reports with other banks, business with state bodies”, Rukiqi wrote.
