The IPK had accepted information on the case today by Kosovo Police in connection with the suspicion of a police official in Pec having committed slight bodily injury and slaughter.
Shortly after receiving information, IPK investigators have responded to the call by taking the necessary investigative actions.
Following these investigative actions, the competent prosecutor and the prosecutor's decision police official have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
Regarding the same case, as part of administrative and investigative procedures, the police official has been suspended.
IPK investigators in full co-ordination with the Prosecution will continue to take further investigative action towards full enlightenment of all the circumstances related to the case.
