The incident occurred last week, when militants entered the home of teenager Qamar Gul, in a village in central Afghan province, Ghor.
The warriors were looking for her father, who was head of the village, when they entered the house. They later killed their daughter's two parents outside the house, writes “Daily Mail”
Gul came out of the house with the AK-47-type gun his family had, killing two Taliban who killed her parents and injured several others.
The girl's father was a supporter of the Afghan government, so the Taliban went to his home. When the husband's wife resisted, the Taliban killed them both near the house, the local police commander announced.
According to some officials, the girl who killed the Taliban is between the ages of 14 and 16.
Several other Taliban had later come to attack the house, but some villagers and several pro-government militants expelled them after a gunfight.
The spokesman for the provincial governor, Mohammed Aref Aber, said security forces have taken her and her younger brother, Arefin, to a safer location.
