Pandemia has changed Kosovars' tourist destinations this year.
Unlike past seasons when citizens chose between Albania, Turkey, Montenegro and Croatia, Albania is now almost alone.
Part of them have only used weekends on vacation, and some are waiting to decide depending on how new cases of the virus follow.
Some of them prefer to go to Turkey because of security, and some are waiting for Montenegro to remove the test for Ovid 19 as criteria for entering this state.
Some choose not to take a holiday at all this year.
Albania's selection as a destination has also influenced the “campaign Prusho Shqip”, prompting demand for the coast to the north to rise.
But border data from the Vermica-Mora point shows half the number of citizens towards Albania.
During June 2019 alone, nearly 270 thousand citizens were heading for the Albanian coast, while during June of this year, only 130 thousand. /topchannel
