Not eating breakfast may seem like a good way to cut calories from your diet, but this is actually a trap that makes us add to our weight. Reference to studies conducted has resulted that people who skip morning meals are more likely to eat more at other meals. This means that if you haven't had breakfast, as soon as you see a mental hyperchloric diet and your body start working in a hunger condition and it's almost impossible to survive without eating it, even in much larger than normal.
Try to eat something, however small each morning, and if you really don't have time, make sure that you get some fruit.
