History is written: Kosovar Aslan with friends are the first women playing for Real Madrid

Real Madrid has launched the first women's team in its 118-year history on Wednesday, which will compete in 2020/21 season.

The club confirmed in September 2019 that it had purchased Club Deportivo Tacon, a Madrid-based women's club founded in 2014, broadcast Periscope.

The Madrillians bought this club for 300 thousand euros, as everything was formalised on July 1st, with women being trained at the Madrid training complex.

The complex is 40 times larger than “Bernabeu”, which includes ten football fields surrounded by tribuna with the capacity of 11,000 spectators.
