A person has been arrested in Rugova, Pec, because the same was doing illegal work and during the work allegedly a tree has fallen on the male victim, which as a result of injuries has passed away.
The victim has been sent to the Law Medicine Institute for Obducation, while the suspect has been sent to maintenance, the 24-hour police report reports.
