Bajrami's Hoti announces IMF chief with government priorities

Government of the Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, accompanied by Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami, has today had a video conference with the International Monetary Fund Mission Chief in Kosovo, Mr. Gabriel Di Bella, who was announced for the review of Kosovo's budget, the Pack of economic recovery, and the actions Kosovo Government has undertaken to cope with the economic consequences of the COVID outlook 19

According to the Ministerial Comments, Bajrami announced Di Bella for the Economic Regeneration Bill ʹ COVID 19, for the fulfillment and change of certain laws, with the goal of restoring the economy of the Republic of Kosovo, following the negative effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

While De Bella stressed the IMF Mission's readiness in Kosovo to co-operate further with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo on concrete development projects.
