Anxiety in Hollywood! From violence and threats to waste: Johnny vs Amber

The legal battle of Johnny Depp and their ex-wife, Amber Heard, is one of the most controversial issues of the moment and for the sake of truth, so much has been talked about the shocking details of their marriage from the alleged episodes of violence to the shit in bed as no wonder people have lost track of what is really happening with Depp-Heard. Add here the fact that they're talking about trials in London and others in the United States that it's hard to understand what's going on.

For an update: Currently, the second week is under way from a three-week series of court hearings in London, for a civil libel lawsuit filed by Johnny Depp against the British Pillad, The Sun, for labeling the actor during their articles. The Sun called Johnny Deep “women's violence”, without setting the “accused of being [women molesters]” or “is claimed to be [a women's rapist]” as it was about the former spouse's charges and claims and not for proven evidence in court.

Heard, 34, has decided to stand up for The Sun. She has accused Depp of repeated violence and dangerous situations caused by drug use from the time they got married in 2015 until they finalised divorce procedures in 2016. Their divorce was eventually finalised in 2017.

Depp has flatly denied Heard's accusations, claiming he is the person who was violated in the relationship. On Thursday, Depp's chief of security, Sean Bett, testified in court that “Heard abused veribly and physically with Johnny Depp throughout the entire relationship” and that in many cases he witnessed episodes of violence. Heard responded by saying he's protecting his employer, and Bett pointed out: “You can tell me whatever you want, but I'm not lying. ”

Earlier in the trial, in February, The Sun presented to the material court where Depp threatens to kill Heard. Reference to materials, in November 2013, Depp sent a message to actor Paul Bettany writing: “Let's burn Amber.” On the same day, he sent another message writing: “Let's kill him before we burn him! I'm gonna rape her burnt corpse to make sure she's dead. ”

The messages were presented by The Sun to prove that Depp was really abusive and violent, but he denies these accusations. Heard says Depp violated him on a private jet in May 2014. Depp's lawyer says messages prove otherwise.

In February, however, Johnny Depp and his lawyers presented a census with the claim that his former wife, Amber Heard, was actually the bully and not the bully. Depp and Heard were hearing in the audio arguing. The debate took on physical proportions. Heard agreed, according to the transcript, that he started a physical fight. Then Depp told him that she punched him. Baby, I didn't punch you... I don't know where my hands were exactly, but you're fine. I didn't hurt you, I didn't punch you, I just dropped you,” expressed himself to Heard. According to Depp's attorney, the census was 2015. In the census, Depp told Heard he'd leave if she continued the violence.

Heard responded by saying that scremton can be perfect. “I can't promise you we'll fight more physically. Sometimes I get so angry that I lose it,” I promise I'll do anything to change.” Heard's lawyer then said: “The fact that it's a woman, who fights or turns his word around doesn't mean that she has suffered the abuse and violence of her partner. ”

Besides, this is just the first part. A little later this year or early next year, Depp and Heard will again tread at the doors of courts at a courtroom in Virginia, where Heard is accused of slandering Depp.

In March 2019, Depp indicted Heard for a total of $50m slander. According to Depp, Heard's accusations that he violated him were false. Depp and his lawyers say these charges destroyed the actor's career and cost him a lot of money. Heard's charges were made public when she requested a defence order in 2016, briefly after the divorce as a result of violence.

Former Depp partners, French singer Vanessa Paradis, with whom she has two children, and actress Winona Ryder, his girlfriend in the 1990s, have presented evidence that stands up for Depp. On general lines, this is what has been discussed in court recently.

The matter of poop: In April 2016, Depp's longtime maid found shit in one of their home beds in Los Angeles in the morning, a day after Heard's 30th birthday party, where she claims that the former altar was conflicted and Depp shot Heard with bottles. He denies this charge.

Heard “claimed” one of her two dogs for the incident, but Depp was convinced it was human waste, according to the maid's statement. “The dog didn't leave three or four kilos [of shit],” he said in court. I am convinced that it was Mrs. Heard himself, or one of her friends. ”

The incident with Johnny Depp's finger: As part of the list featuring 14 episodes of alleged violence, Heard says he experienced a bitter three-day experience in March 2015 in Australia, where Depp was shooting “Pirates of the Caribean”. Depp objects to her charge, but claims they had a fight and his finger was torn from the bone. He says Heard shot him with a bottle of vodka, while she points out he wasn't in the room at the time. Depp admits that he used blood from his finger to write messages in the mirror that were shown in the court.

Drug use: Depp admitted to using strong drugs during his lifetime, but he testified that he was trying to give up these bad habits during his marriage. He claims Heard wasn't <x0-5x1> when it comes to drugs and that he used cocaine.

Charge of using a rape story: Heard is accused of using the story of a raped woman. On Wednesday, in the courtroom, Kate James, former Heard's personal assistant, said that she had long ago told Amber Heard her shocking history of sexual abuse in Brazil. She said she was shocked by the fact that Heard allegedly used its history to gain the sympathy of judges. It refers to a rape that happened 26 years ago. She used history. I am the survivor of sexual violence and it is very serious to use such stories in case you were not a victim yourself. ”
