While civil society claims that the post of speaker of the Assembly can be contested at the Constitutional Court, as it is unknown or automatically belongs to the largest parliamentary group after the Parliament's framework.
Kosovo's deputy head of the Parliament from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, Arberie Nagavci, says the head of the legislature cannot dispute that it belongs to its party.
We have not discussed the post of chief parliament. We are worth mentioning that there was a very principled collaboration. A partnership that has truly been based on our principles and beliefs that we are working on accomplishing our goal... if there is such a discurs it shows that on their appetites to usurp everything is intended in this respect as well. It is an issue that cannot be contested”, Nagavci said.
From Civil Society, Abren Loja says that the post of chief parliamentwoman following Vjosa Osman's resignation or dismissal could be contested at the Constitutional Court./Periscopi/
