The KLA war has been fair and clean, while the installation of the Special Court has been a major political fault, which is responsible for all those who voted in parliament.

Today we were notified by the Prosecutor's Office that two months ago, that is, April 24th, this institution has presented a serious indictment to Kosovo's president and political and party figures.

First of all, the fact is that this indictment is being published three days before the Washington D.C. meeting, where, although there is no transparency for the platform and content of discussions, it has been declared that among the institutional leaders of Kosovo and Serbia, frames for an agreement will be established. The Serbian side goes to this meeting claiming legitimacy after the new elections, even though they are boycotted by the opposition opposed by international factors, while the Kosovo side goes there with a government of non-legitives established after constitutional acrobatics, without popular support, and now with a president, whose figure is burdened by these reported allegations. At such a table, Kosovo representatives will appear as tarnished and accused, while those in Serbia will play the role of the victim seeking compensation, even though Aleksandar Vuciqi has been minister of Milosevic's genocide government. For Kosovo, it has huge costs, which are not resolved by sending in front of Vuciqi, who controls 90% of the Serbian Parliament, Avdullah Hotin, who has not been among the second parliamentary subject.

Second, the SPS statement says this publication is being made because the accused political leaders are making continued efforts to sabotage and undermine the work of this institution. It is a shame how these irresponsible politicians have had no grief over the damage caused to the country and the KLA, but they have been so concerned only about themselves, and about the accusations they personally bear upon them.

We believe in the pure and fair fight of the KLA and engage now and always to protect it. But she can't be protected by backstage deals and chabotimes. Such politicians can no longer represent Kosovo. Kosovo needs transparent institutions and paid politicians, so as not to lower its value in talks, dialogue and international agreements, as well as to halt the misdemeanor and unfair impeachment of KLA.
