However, whether you consider yourself to be sexually experienced or you are exploring sex for the first time, there are certain things that all of you have to, according to sex therapists.
Stephen Snyder MD, leader of the QDT drug relations station and author of Love Worth Making, told The Independent that the first thing anyone needs to know is that “sexi is more than just sex”.
He said kissing is important because it prepares the body physically and psychologically for you when you have sex.
Dr. Snyder also told us that he wants people to know that not all orgasms have been created equal to” and that couples should aim to enjoy sex without focusing solely on reaching orgasm.
Ideally, the orgasm must be a dessert: a brilliant way to end a fabulous meal, but it can hardly be the reason why you went out for dinner”, he said.
Cooper also said it is important for women to know that sex should not involve pain.
Finally, Cooper wants people to be aware of what she calls a “sex assessment” a term she devised for a “recognizing a person and accepting their wishes and abilities to express them to partner”.
