If you've noticed that you're starving even after you sleep for 8-9 hours, then you may be experiencing some disorders. If you notice that you fall asleep at any time or place, that is another sign of sleep disorder. The following are some of the reasons why this happens.
You can suffer from hypersomnia, which is the opposite of insulin. Hypersomnia occurs when bedtime increases during night or day. If you suffer from this, you may well feel tired during the day. Thus, excessive sleep does not always mean rest.

You can have symptoms of depression. Depression occurs with various symptoms in different people. If someone experiences insulin because of depression, another person may experience hypothermnia.

Maybe it's about the heart. If you are sleeping for long hours, your heart may be a cause because heart disease often has such effects on people.

Have you checked the thyroids? There are two types of thyroids that affect sleep. One of them causes insulin and the other hypersomnias. Hyperthyroidism is linked to 10-hour sleep or more.

Sometimes there is no such scientific reason, and these problems can be related to changing seasons and how this change makes you feel.

When you don't get enough sleep, the odds are you want to recover the lost hours.

Your sleep can also be affected by breathing paths. If there's a jam in the airway at night, sleep stops. Such blockages are frequent and delay bedtime.
