The first say you should wash up in the morning to start the day freshly and wake up immediately. The latter say that you should bathe at dinner to strip the body of all the uncleanness of the day and sleep better. But which group is right?
Well, none. Or both. Depends.
According to Indian medicine, Ayurveda, you should do both. According to them, toilets clean not only the body but also the soul. When you wash in the morning, your cells are stimulated and your blood flow improves, and when you wash at night, the remnants of the day leave and create a tray for the next day.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the right yoke is the evening shower. An hour after dinner and an hour before bedtime. Try not to stay in the shower for more than five minutes, and rub your skin at your time. Then relax yourself, apply a mask, hydrate your skin, and meditate before lying under the covers.
According to Western medicine, you need to wash when it's better for your skin. It means there's no choice for everyone. A shower in the morning stimulates cells and is perfect for fat skin and acne. If you have dry skin, it is recommended in the shower at dinner, as the skin is excited and repaired itself at night.
