Prizren's Constitutional Court, the Randa Crime Department, has made the declaration of a punishment act against those with initials against S.L., from Prizren's Krajk village due to criminal acts of murder in excess of necessary defence.
The accused's court has convicted him and sentenced him to U. NIC with effective prison terms of five years in which the sentence will be counted even the time spent in detention from the 3108.2015 to the full extent of the act, Kosovo reports.
