The images of two former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders have been put on it.
It is President Hashim Thaci and PDK chairman Kadri Veselini, for whom one day earlier they were charged with war crimes.
In the middle of Thaci and Wessel, there's also a UCK emblem.
All this action was carried out by the youth of the Democratic Party, with a single purpose.
They are even calling it the Court of Injustice, the one who filed charges with the president of the PDK chairman.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office filed charges against Thaci and Wessel this Thursday, claiming they were responsible for committing close to 100 murders during 1999.
