On 25 March of this year, with 82 votes, 32 against and 2 abstentions, Kosovo's Assembly has voted in favour of the collapse of the Kosovo government led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Following the Constitutional Court's response that gives the right to forming the new government, Albin Kurti and several other ministers will remain without the deputy post.
This fate will also accompany incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and incumbent Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Glauk Konjufca as two of Vetevendosje's most voted men, in this case Albulen Haxhiu and Hakki Abazi.
They will not be deputies in the Kosovo Assembly for the fact that the same do not have the opportunity to restore to the MP's position, since the Kosovo Assembly is already constitutionalised.
