This court has sent him a warrant for submitting to the institution to hold prison sentences to the president of the SFF, who was convicted of grave criminal acts.
According to a document provided by Portal Koha, Ademi must be presented to the Pristina-based Kosovo Correcting Service by 18 June at 12:00.
If Adam doesn't appear until the appointed date, then according to the ordinance, the Constitutional Court will issue a warrant for detention, arrest, and forced submission to the Correcting Service.
Agim Ademi has been sentenced to nine months in effective prison for attempting, in a case outside football, in 2012. Against that decision, Agim Ademi has also complained at the Supreme Court.
