Xhavit Haliti, deputy The PDK has reacted after Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani found that the Arben Gashiput had not attacked her, Periscopi broadcast. Haliti has said that this is a lie on the part of Osman, which Sadriu showed is obviously not clear even the basic principles of power sharing [...]
Haliti has said that this is false on the part of Osman, which Sadriou indicated is not clearly clear either the basic principles of power sharing appear or has no real circumstances or the status of the case in question.
Here's the full reaction:
Dear friends,
I read at a portal that today in a debate Republic's Parliament Kosovo, Parliament Speaker Mrs. Osmani-Sadriu has concluded that “Deputet Gashi has not attacked anyone, it is a matter that has even been filed at court”.
This conclusion is made by the Speaker of the Parliament after a debate where my name is spoken.
This consisting of the Mayor is incorrect and untrue.
In our case of an incident, there is no judicial decision, as Mrs. Osmani points out.
This consisting of Mayor The framework violates the basic principle of power sharing, prejudges the court case, which has not received a final epilogue. I have a long experience running sessions. The constitution, this institution would not have to be used as a springboard for prejudice in judicial processes, nor would it have to be since the mayor's position Prejugate court processes.
Miss Osmani- Sadriu does not seem clear to either the basic principles of power sharing or of having no knowledge of the actual circumstances or of the random status in question and, surprisingly, takes time to prove wrong.
It's sad to see you as a school teacher Justice makes such a professional mistake!
Wanting to believe Mrs. Osmani-Sadriu is not wrong on purpose, I don't find a reason to give this reaction away!
J.H.
