The German Mercedes car follows the battle against racism, racing in a black car

The German Mercedes machine has decided to continue its battle in the fight against racism.

In the first seasonal race in Forum 1, held on 5 July in Austria, Mercedes will have a very special view.

In this race the German car will not be in its common colors but will be completely black. A chosen color of battle against racism, a battle that has recently become very sensitive in the sport.

“We are proud of our culture and the values it conveys. Only 3% of our employees belong to minorities, and only 12% are women. Therefore, and we will continue to support these minorities, undertaking this” initiative, the Mercedes communiqué says.
