The top ten on the list are Switzerland, Germany, Israel, Singapore, Japan, Austria, China, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. Albania is 88th, even though the reported results in the country were surprising.
Of the countries in the region, Croatia is 36th on this list, Montenegro is 42nd, Serbia 54th and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 72nd. The United States ranks 58, right behind Romania, and two countries ahead of Russia.
The highest-risk regions now, according to the report, are sub-Saharan Africa and South America, as well as some countries in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
