What exercises should you exercise in 15 minutes?
Have combined exercises that help create muscles while working on your chest and lungs. Start with the squares, push-ups, triceps. Start the weightless routine, and as you progress, include weights.
Should you exercise every day for 15 minutes to see results?
At least 4 to 5 days a week to let the body recover. That doesn't mean you don't move at all on your vacation days. If you are all active, your muscles will recover quickly and be ready for next week's training.
