The renowned Turkish team, Trabzonspor, where former Kosovo National football player Donis Avdijaj has been suspended from the European Cups with the reasoning that he violated the rules of “Fair Financial Play”.
U n The EFA came out with a statement explaining that Trabzonspor had not respected the rules of “Fair Financial Play” and that if it qualify in the European Cups it would not participate.
This decision applies to this season and next season.
The rules of “Fair Financial Play” were introduced in 2011 to prevent teams from spending more than they won.
