The first “has no secret agreement, the second one, there is no partition of Kosovo, and the one who knows in the head understands that no one in Albania and Kosovo thinks that, and the third, there is no hurry to conclude the agreement with Serbia, despite the processes expected to take place in the United States”, Cakaj said.
