He wrote in a Facebook post that the KLA is not only the highest point of Kosovo's people's historic efforts for freedom and self-determination, but also the most glorious chapter of our national history.
“Today, being completely convinced of their complete innocence and deeply recognising their work in the service of the Albanian nation and human values, unhurried support for Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselini, always remembering the proud and open-handed entire bright and pure history of the Kosovo Liberation Army”, Cakaj wrote.
“What may cover the fog of daily politics, even history: proud of their work of releasing Kosovo and building its citizenship from the foundation. That's it. Gratitude, honor and pride, of course, for each KLA member of the country's pure service and stay on the white page of history.
Many wonders may occur in the world, but there is no force on the globe that can rewrite history, stain it KLA, does the Albanian people's struggle for justice and liberation! Honor the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army!”, Cakaj's reaction concludes.
