The Hague's specialised prosecutor during yesterday issued a communique for the media, where he announced he has compiled an indictment against Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and PDK Chairman Kadri Veseli. The same is being sent to the tribunal on 24 April, as it is expected to be decided to drop or confirm it.
On April 23rd of this year, the specialised prosecutor had announced that he has selected a judge of the preliminary procedure, which will have the third consecutive indictment filed by this attending institution, writes news.net.
At the time, the classified document as confidential had changed the selection only after four days, when it was published. The document in question holds the April 23rd of 17:16, while no details are provided in it but the name of the judge of the preliminary procedure.

The following day, the prosecution sends the indictment against Thaci, Veselin, and others to court, but it does not disclose any details about it, since they also determine the rules and laws of this institution's operation. Yesterday, the specialised prosecutor published part of the charges against Thaci and Veselin “and others”, thus leaving suspicion that this communique may have political overtones after the rules of its operation have been violated.

Given the fact that the indictment was sent on April 24th, the pre-procedure judge has yet four months to confirm it or reject it.
And this indictment will be in the hands of a French judge, Nicolas Guillo. It also provides information on his professional history. Williu has been the chief of staff for Lebanon's Special Tribunal since 2015.
Since 2012, he was appointed France's liaison prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he helped in judicial co-operation between the two countries on criminal and civil issues, especially for counterterrorism, corruption practices in foreign countries and cyber crime.
During the 2006-2012 period, Judge Giyu served in various positions at the French Ministry of Justice as the deputy head of the Department for Trade Rights, Criminal Affairs Adviser and Councillor on Diplomatic Affairs.
From 2003 to 2006, Judge Giyu worked as an investigative judge at the Moscow Court (Meaux), near Paris, where he handled various criminal cases as deliberate murders, organised crime and financial crime.
The Hague Special Prosecutor except for Thaci, Wessel of others in court had sent two more charges against former KLA soldiers.
The same have been prosecuted on February 14th this year at the Court, while the same judge has been appointed for preliminary procedure, confirmation of the indictment or rejection of it.
