You don't need to give up what you do in your daily life or all the money raised to change something in routine and to make a little more happy. It can come with small changes that you can achieve and feel very well. Look at this list. It's all things you can do.

1. Go to bed when you're tired. You're not doing anybody any good by forcing yourself to stay awake when your body and your brain needs rest.

2. He often takes short breaks but also breaks several days.

3. Take time to cook a good meal at least once a week.

4. Just a few seconds a day (every day) is enough for some positive thoughts about themselves... even if it's a very simple fact: hair is on their good day.

5. Take care of your bed every day and keep it open.

6. Keep some of your thoughts down so often you can put them in a box. Writing often puts things in perspective.

7. Listen often to quiet music. You feel good or bad while you're cleaning. You'll be surprised how therapeutic will be cleaned up after that.

16. Give yourself a chance to think during the week for Friday night. It doesn't mean you have to participate in a social event. It can also be a foam cooling tub, the launch of a book that you would like to read, or you can cook a food you miss.

17. Don't get involved with social networking whenever you feel upset.

18. Don't go to bed in a bad mood.

20. Don't eat and don't work at the same time.

21. I cry when you cry. Negative emotion prevents you from being happy.

22. Plan a time in the morning for some exercise, then sit down and have a nice, quick tea.

24. Always talk to someone you trust, when something's upset you never keep it to yourself.
