The head of the Skyeraj municipality, Bekim Jashari, has announced that the Skyright municipality and Islamic Relief will support 66 families with grants in agriculture.
Jashari has announced that today he has signed a memorandum of co-operation with the Islamic Republic organisation, through which both the municipality and the organisation in question will support 66 families in the field of agriculture.
The purpose of this agreement is to support families with small farms in their growth, development and agricultural and livestock productivity. This agreement will benefit a total of 66 families, with 25 each benefiting from a cow, 36 other families with 20 chickens per family (in the composition of 19 chickens and 1 cock per family) and 5 families with one greenhouse. Under all of this chosen families will also benefit health control from veterinarians, training in the field, and food for at least nine months. We continue developing agriculture- the basis of economic development”, it wrote.
Meanwhile, Jashari has announced that NTP “Hydromax”, owned by Agron Kadriu, has donated 1,000kg of flour to needy families in our municipality at this time of pandemic.
In my name and all the citizens of Scytheright, I thank the donor for supporting our municipality in this situation. We as a municipality are engaged to send any assistance that comes to our address to any social cases home with the aim of avoiding the possibility of infection with the Tyvid-19 virus. Together we will also face this challenge”, he said.
