Still, most of us do not drink enough water on a daily basis. And by doing so, we damage our body.

1. Your mouth is dry
It seems something very clear, but if you feel your mouth is dry, you're sick, then you should probably drink a glass of water. That's because sugar drinks aren't the solution because they'll make you feel even more thirsty. Water wet mucosa membranes in their mouth and throat, which continue to keep their mouth wet with saliva long after a sip of water.
2. Your skin is dry
Your skin is your body's largest organ, so of course it needs to stay hydrated. In fact, dry skin is a sign of dehydration, which can lead to many other problems. The lack of water means a lack of sweat, leading to the body's inability to remove fat and congested dirt during the day.
3. Your eyes are dry
So far you may know that water affects more than just the mouth and throat. The lack of water leads to dry, red eyes. Without water in the body, tears dry in the eyes. If you're thinking what if you can't cry?
