Parliament's deputy head, Arberie Nagavci, has asked MP Time Kadriaj to immediately remove the post where she has published several names of quarantined persons, for whom Kadriaj said they are Vetevendosje activists and that they have been amnitated by quarantine from Minister Arben Vita for the sake of his party.
But, Nagavci denied that, saying they have passed medical examinations by a team of doctors and have been sent to proselytise like many other citizens.
Nagavci also filed charges of violations of the privacy of those protected by law.
“In an attempt to unjustly hit the health minister, Mr. Arben Vitita, AAK deputy Time Kadrijay, has published a doc. official with all patient data included and health diagnosis data”.
“The same post was published as news and several online media. The document clearly notes that the decision was taken after the professional team's confirmation and health assessments, that all persons released from quarantine must go to vetoation and respect all measures recommended by the IKSHP. That hasn't even stopped Mrs. No, no, no.
And she should know that this statement conflicts with professional ethics, as an MP. Kadrijaj should know that publishing these data is also prohibited by the Law on Personal Data Protection”.
I'm calling Mrs. “I wish I could just drop the post and apologize for this mistake. The same should be done by the media that published the same”.
Nagavci added that the political struggle and ambition for power should not affect the complete loss of reason and ethics.
“Please save at least the persons who are neither involved, and especially the patients of the most sensitive categories”.
