Commenting on an interactive Bislem statement on May 7th, Kuci says it is unacceptable for the Decani municipality to receive less aid during the pandemia blaze, because there are no infected with Avid 19.
Kuci, who is also an Asambliste in the Komunal Assembly of Dean, says this municipality has been locked up just as much as any other, therefore economic damages have taken place like any other city in Kosovo.

Finance Minister Besnik Bislimi made a calculated discrimination, a mistake already known.
He said the Decani municipality would get less help because there are no infected, so why Decani, like any other municipality, has been closed and suffered economic losses like any other municipality.
Minister Bislimi, as a cold calculator, managed to bypass an entire municipality, with many citizens and businesses left without jobs from his government's decisions, and, without hesitation, it was told that aid will not be equal to them unless the damages they carry on their shoulders will be equal to every citizen in Kosovo.
The citizens of Decani are not numbers to calculate, but people who have lost much during these months of pandemic and recovery is getting worse.
Dignity and well - being make sense when it applies to all, equal, without differences and discrimination, despite the number of infected.
